Browser agents are most useful in bounded, reviewable, partially automated workflows—not in universal web automation. Their strongest fit is repetitive, low-risk work with clear success criteria and clear human fallback.
The key question is not whether the agent can click through a demo. It is whether the team can maintain, verify, and safely recover the workflow after page changes or failures.
